What's included in my monthly lease with J&M? At J&M, all leases include dependable washers and dryers, free repairs, fast delivery, and a local team that's here when you need us.
What is the leasing process with J&M Texas Rentals? Leasing with us is easy! Simply choose the appliances you need, review the leasing terms, and fill out our online application. We will call or text you after you submit an order to set a delivery date and to collect credit card information for your monthly subscription. What types of washers and dryers do you offer for lease? We offer a range of high-quality washers and dryers, including top-load and front-load washers, extra large machines, premium appliances that connect to a smartphone, and gas and electric dryers. Our inventory is designed to meet diverse needs and preferences. While we strive to serve the needs of all customers, orders are subject to product availability. What are the leasing terms? Our leasing terms are flexible, offering convenient month-to-month options with only a 6-month commitment to rent a washer and dryer that is gently used, or 12-months for new appliances.
I see other companies adding fees to my bill. Does J&M Texas Rentals add random fees? Unlike other companies, J&M Texas Rentals does not show you a low price then add more fees. The prices you see are the prices you get month-after-month. In fact, the only required fee is a one-time charge for delivery. Installation, repairs, and pickup at the end of your lease are free.
Is there a delivery fee? Yes. Standard delivery is $35 and covers almost all of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, and standard installation is free! Extended delivery is $55. Just add your zip code to checkout!
What happens if the washer and dryer I rent needs repair? We've got you covered! J&M provides free repairs when you rent a washer and dryer in Dallas Fort Worth. Customers submit maintenance requests directly to J&M Texas Rentals at no extra cost, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

What areas do you serve? J&M Texas Rentals proudly serves the greater Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, including Grapevine, Flower Mound, Irving, Las Colinas, Euless, and Arlington. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, add a product to your cart and go to the checkout page. From there, enter your zip code. If a delivery fee populates, we deliver to your area!
Do you change the price during my lease like some of your competitors? Absolutely not! The price you see is the price you get throughout your lease.

Can I deactivate appliances if a unit is vacant? Yes, we offer a deactivation program for vacant units for multi-family property accounts. This helps optimize resources and minimize costs when appliances are not in use.
